1. About Pippi Rose

Pippi Rose (ABN [INSERT ABN]) is a wedding floral design business operated by Paula Munoz, based at 58 Norton Street, Leichhardt NSW 2040. By engaging our services, enquiring through our website, or entering our competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Quotes

All quotes are provided based on information submitted by the client and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. A quote does not constitute a booking. Your date is only secured once a signed agreement and booking deposit have been received.

Pippi Rose reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

3. Booking Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable booking deposit (as stated in your quote) is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation by the client must be made in writing. The booking deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. For cancellations made within 60 days of the event date, 75% of the total quoted amount is payable. For cancellations within 30 days, 100% of the total quoted amount is payable.

Significant changes to the scope of florals after confirmation may result in revised pricing and are subject to availability.

5. Substitutions

Pippi Rose sources flowers from reputable wholesalers. While we will always endeavour to source the exact flowers specified, seasonal and supply variations may require substitutions of equal or greater value. Any substitutions will maintain the overall aesthetic and quality of your agreed design.

6. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are available within Sydney, Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, and the Blue Mountains. Travel fees apply outside of a standard radius and will be quoted separately. Pippi Rose is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, supplier issues).

7. Hire Items

Any hire items (vases, stands, arches, etc.) remain the property of Pippi Rose and must be returned in the same condition. Damage or loss of hire items will be charged to the client at replacement cost.

8. Competition – Win a $4,000 Floral Experience

By entering the Pippi Rose competition, you agree to the following:

• Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
• One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• The prize is a floral experience valued at up to $4,000 AUD (comprising a $4,000 Floral Arch, $2,000 Floral Gift, or $2,000 Mystery Prize as drawn). The prize is only available for weddings with a minimum floral investment of $7,000.
• The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• The winner will be selected at random and notified by email or phone.
• Pippi Rose reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
• By entering, you consent to your name being published as a winner.
• Your personal information (name, email, mobile) will be used solely for competition administration and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.

9. Photography & Portfolio

Pippi Rose may photograph floral designs created for your event for use in our portfolio, website, and social media. If you do not consent to your wedding images being shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Pippi Rose’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
